Did you know you can make over your medicine cabinet and life with ONLY essential oils? You just need to arm yourself with a few doTERRA essential oils and some information and you’ll be ready to experience life in a whole new natural, healthier way! But let’s start at the very beginning… What are essential oils and are they really so “essential” for your life….. YES!

Every Wednesday from 7pm-9pm at our 120 E. 5th Ave (Windermere, FL 34786) location, we teach an essential oil class. You’ll get to see just what it would look like to incorporate essential oils into your life and just how easy and cost effective it is!
As a sneak peak into the “essential” life let’s take lemon, lavender and peppermint. Each of these oils can be ingested, applied topically to the skin, or through a diffuser. Just SOME of the uses are:
Lemon: Anti-septic, gentle detox, hand sanitizer, invigorating and water flavoring
Lavender: Allergies, anxiety, stress, burns, cuts, bug bite and stings, insomnia and sunburn.
